What are the foreign body substances?

Foreign body substances are materials from plant origins or petroleum that the human body does not absorb. Foreign body substances are often used for buttocks and chest augmentation because they create lumps. These substances are banned in the United States because of the serious risks associated with their use including major negative health consequences and death. Often, patients agree to the injections of foreign bodies by practitioners outside of the United States without considering the serious health consequences or unaware of the serious risks involved. What are the risks of using foreign body substances?

Risks are high. Risks range from mild inflammatory reactions to formations of hard masses that can generate severe inflammation. The substances can be displaced by white blood cells and can travel throughout the body reaching the foot and ankle extremities causing severe inflammation to the areas.

Extraction of foreign-body substances

Foreign bodies can be extracted from the human body with some difficulty because oftentimes the substances are difficult to find due to having traveled to different places throughout the body. Laser surgical procedures reduce risks of injuries from surgery. Use of the laser can decrease inflammation at the site. Biopolymers cannot be removed at a 100% success rate. Who are candidates for these removal procedures?

All people who have undergone buttock augmentation with fillers or other invasive substances that are NOT FDA approved are in constant danger that their body will react negatively to the substances and suffer severe inflammation.
