CHEEK REDUCTION SURGERY

Bichectomy is a surgical procedure that removes or dries out a face structure known as Bichat Fat Bag, which in some cases can make a thin person look overweight or not in accordance with the body contour.

WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE?

A good candidate for Cheeks Bichectomy surgery:

•  Has a face with excessive roundness;
• Wants to differentiate the middle third of the face from the lower third of the face;
• Wants to give the face a more youthful appearance.

Cheek Surgery (Bichectomy) achieves a thinner face appearance and provides an increased definition of the facial features.

BICHECTOMY RESULTS

The results from buccal fat pad reductions are usually visible within one month.  It may take up to three months for final results to be fully noticeable.  Inflammation and swelling may take a while to subside, particularly when this procedure is performed in combination with other procedures. Be patient.  Give yourself some time before judging final results.
